With an MSc in Histology and Embryology, I have over 10 years of clinical embryology experience in Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). I specialize in clinical embryology practices, laboratory management, quality control, development of standard protocols, and team training.

Between 2016 and 2024, I served as Laboratory Director at Gürgan Clinic IVF Center, where I managed laboratory operations, trained embryologists at national and international levels, and took active roles in multiple scientific congresses. My work has been guided by a patient-centered approach, ethical principles, and scientific standards.
