Women’s Health & Obstetrics Nurse | IVF Nurse

Belgin Ecelier, born in Ukraine in 1998, graduated from the Eastern Mediterranean University School of Nursing in 2020. Throughout her education, she translated the theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical experience she gained into her professional practice after graduation.

She began her nursing career in 2020, taking on responsibilities in various areas including patient follow-up, emergency care, and outpatient clinic services. Between 2021 and 2022, she worked at an IVF Center as a nurse and patient coordinator, where she played a key role in facilitating patient–physician communication, coordinating medical procedures, and ensuring continuity of care throughout treatment.

Since March 2022, she has continued her role as a Charge Nurse at Long Beach Medical Center, actively coordinating the nursing team, organizing clinical workflows, and maintaining patient safety standards.

Over the course of her career, she has developed a broad skill set including radiology support, patient monitoring, emergency and ambulance services, outpatient clinic operations, medical interpreting, and pharmacy management. She is able to communicate in Turkish, Russian, and English, enabling her to work effectively in multicultural environments.

With a disciplined work ethic, strong team leadership skills, and a patient-centered approach, she continues to practice her profession with dedication.
